As the country＇s economic developing on the highway of a happy trip, our country never forget the development of social and public service while the economic is developing fast. With the construction and development of the pub- lic libraries getting more and more attention, how to supply and implement the disabled better service in the public library has become an issue of public service in the field of library management. This paper discusses the develop- ment of mechanisms to provide library services for people with disabilities and combed from multiple respects of services accessible to people with disabilities.
