总结用当归混悬剂注射治疗冈上肌腱炎的临床疗效,分析冈上肌腱炎的起因、病理特点以及临床特征。通过在成都体育学院附属体育医院收集78例标准的冈上肌腱炎病例,观察用当归混悬剂注射治疗冈上肌腱炎的疗效。用当归混悬剂注射治疗冈上肌腱炎总有效率达100%,显效率97.4%,痊愈率90.1%。用当归混悬剂注射治疗冈上肌腱炎是一种疗效显著、易于操作、费用低廉的治疗措施,值得临床推广使用。

The paper is to summarize the clinical curative effect of using Chinese angelica mixs to treat supraspinatus tendonitis by analyzing the cause pathologic and clinical characteristics of supraspinatus tendonitis.Through the analysis of 78 cases collected at the subsidiary athletics hospital of Chengdu Sport University,the curative effect of Chinese angelica mixs to treat supraspinatus tendonitis is observed.With the Chinese angelica mixs inject treatment,the total efficient trealment reaches to 100%,showing efficiency of 97.4%,recovering rate 90.1%.It is a kind of treatment which shows a wonderful curative effect,being easy and cheap to the operation expension and deserving a clinical expansion usage.
