高效吸收CO_2的光合细菌的筛选及性能分析

摘要 筛选出高效利用CO2的光合细菌,与固定化技术相结合,制备简易CO2回收装置。采用富集培养方法,从土壤样品中筛选高效利用CO2的细菌,通过菌落形态、生理生化指标及分子生物学方法鉴定菌株;经活性炭固定化处理,以非固定化处理为参照,运行简易CO2回收装置,测定装置对CO2的吸收率。得到一株能高效吸收CO2的橙红色菌株E,鉴定为光合细菌中紫色非硫细菌科红球形菌属(Rhodopila);固定化处理的装置对CO2的吸收率为83.90%,非固定化处理的装置对CO2的吸收率为75.38%。在实验室条件下,活性炭吸附固定化处理的光合细菌具备较好的吸收二氧化碳的作用。 Photosynthetic bacteria recycling carbon dioxide efficiently was isolated and combined with the immobilization technique for simple CO2 recycling bioreactor.Bacteria growing well was isolated by enrichment culturing from soil samples,then strain E was identified by characteristics of colony morphology,physiological,biochemical characteristics and biological methods.The strain E obtained was immobilized with the activated carbon,as controls of non-immobilization,and run simple CO2 recycling bioreactor and calculated CO2recycling rate of the bioreactor.An orange-red strain E was obtained and identified as the red spherical genus (Rhodopila) of purple non-sulfur bacteria,Branch of photosynthetic bacteria.Compared to the CO2recycling rate of the unit non-immobilized which was 75.38%,the CO2recycling rate of the unit immobilized was 83.90%.Under laboratory conditions,the photosynthetic bacteria immobilized with activated carbon had a better CO2recycling function.
