西安市工业结构演变与环境影响的灰色关联分析

Grey relational analysis of industrial structure evolution and environmental impacts:A case study of XI'AN City

研究了西安市近10年工业结构演变对环境产生的影响。不同的工业结构会对城市环境造成不同的影响,以西安市2003—2012年统计年鉴和环境质量报告书以及实地调研的数据为基础,运用灰色关联分析法计算了近10年来工业结构演变与环境资源要素之间的关联度。西安市工业总产值的增长对西安市环境影响程度依次为废气、废水、固体废弃物。工业"三废"排放量与工业内部13类行业的产值之间的关联度最大的是造纸印刷业,最小的是文体、工艺品及其他制造业。依据计算结果划分了重度、中度和轻度环境质量影响行业,针对不同行业提出了未来发展的建议。

To research the relation and impact of industrial structure evolution upon the environment of Xi＇an City in nearly 10 years.Different industrial structures of the urban environment would result in different effects.With the data of environmental quality report and statistical yearbook of Xi＇an City from 2003 to 2012 and field investigation,using gray relational analysis,the evolution of industrial structure and the correlation between the elements of environmental resources is calculated.The industrial output growth impacts on the environment were gas,waste water and solid waste in Xi＇an city.In terms of the industrial ＂ three types of wastes＂ emissions associated with the degree of internal industrial output value of 13 categories of industry,types of the largest is paper printing industry,the smallest is the culture,handicraft and other manufacturing industries.According to the results of calculation,the industries are categorized into severe,moderate and mild environmental quality influence groups,putting forward some suggestions up on the future development for different industries.
