摘要 宁夏黄河治理工程中引进土工格栅材料,开展了不同规格的单向、双向格栅土枕进占试验和坝体表面变形监测,取得了由小袋装土向大袋装土、人工装土向机械装土的技术创新,实现了土工格栅坝垛进占施工工艺的重大突破,逐步形成了一套较为完整和科学的土工格栅进占施工工艺。与传统草土埽体相比,土工格栅土枕进占可提高进占速度、减少施工冲坑、节省抛投体,坝体沉降变形小,工程应用效果良好。 It introduced and used geogrids materials,carried out different specifications of one-way and two-way geogrid pillow tests and surface deformation monitoring of the dam body,achieved technology innovation of using from small bags to big bags of soil and from artificial soil loading to mechanical soil loading,had realized the geogrid dam buttress marched in and construction technology of breakthrough,gradually formed a set of relatively completed geogrid marched in construction technology and science during the Yellow River harnessing project in Ningxia. Comparing with the traditional grass consisting of soil body,it could increase the construction speed of soil geogrid pillow,reduce construction scouring pit,save the volume of riprap and reduce the settlement of dam body. The engineering application effect is good.
