浙江省FDI区域差异及其影响因素分析

Study on Regional Disparity and Influential Factors of FDI in Zhejiang Province

分析浙江省FDI 投资区位差异,探寻导致FDI 差异的因素,对于缩小区域FDI 差异,协调区域经济发展,具有积极意义.运用标准差、变异系数、Theil 指数定量分析2001年～2012 年浙江省11个地级市实际利用FDI在时间尺度上地带间、地带内及市际差异变化状况.浙江省实际利用外资总差异呈现U 型变化趋势,2001 年～2006 年区域总差异逐渐缩小,2007年～2012 年呈现扩大的趋势,其中地带间差异大于地带内差异,地带间差异是构成总差异的主要因素;地带间的离散系数呈现逐渐增大的变化规律;然后分析影响浙江省FDI 区域差异及其变化的主要因素,最后为浙江省缩小FDI 区域差异提出了相关政策和建议.

Analyzing the regional difference of FDI in Zhejiang province, exploringthe factors leading to regional difference of FDI has a positive significancefor narrowing the difference of regional FDI and coordinating regionaleconomic development. This paper makes a quantitative analysis of measuringtemporal changes of inter-urban, inter-regional and infra-regional diversity of Foreign Direct Investment（FDI） of Zhejiang province during 2001- 2012 with Theil Index. The results can be summarized as follows： the inter-urban diversity of Zhejiang attracting FDI presents a U change trend, it is narrowing from 2001 to 2006 and is expanding from 2007 to 2012; the inter-regional diversity is greater than infra-regional diversity, and the inter-regional diversity plays a major role affecting the inter-urban diversity, which has a close relationship with China’s accession to the WTO in 2001 and the international financial crisis in 2007. And then the rule of separation of convergence between northeast and southwest of Zhejiang is compared quantitatively in Separation Factor Method. Moreover, five factors influencing the inter-urban diversity of Zhejiang’s FDI are analyzed. Finally, put forward some policies and proposals for narrowing regional differences of FDI.
