摘要
通过机械共混法制备了废胶粉(WRP)/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)热塑性弹性体材料,研究了WRP用量及粒径对WRP/SBS加工性能和物理机械性能的影响。研究结果发现,在实验范围内,随着WRP用量的增加,WRP/SBS的流动性、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、硬度、弹性和压缩永久变形逐渐降低,而300%定伸应力逐渐增大。在WRP用量相同的情况下,加有420μm WRP比加有840μm WRP的WRP/SBS具有较高的拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、硬度和弹性。
The waste rubber powder (WRP)/SBS thermoplastics were prepared by mechanical blending. The effects of content and particle size of WRP on the processing properties and physical me- chanical properties of WRP/SBS were investigated. Results showed that,with the increase of the con tent of WRP, t he flowability, tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, elasticity and compression set of WRP/SBS gradually reduce,and modulus at 300% increases in this experiment. Under the con- dition of the same WRP content,WRP/SBS added 420μm WRP has higher tensile strength, modulus at 300%,hardness and elasticity than that added 840μm WRP.
