某型混凝土泵车异响故障诊断

摘要 为找到某型混凝土泵车底盘出现异响的原因,首先对异常车进行振动和噪声测试,判断底盘异响来源于分动箱。其次,对分动箱振动时域及频域信号进行分析并结合轴承缺陷的特征频率,判定异响原因为支承分动箱输出轴的NJ1028轴承内滚道缺陷。最后,对轴承内滚道缺陷形态及分动箱装配流程进行分析,找出轴承出现缺陷的原因,提出并实施相应的改进措施后至今一年多来未再接到类似的故障反馈。 In order to find the cause of the abnormal noise from the chassis of a concrete pump truck, the vibration andnoise of the abnormal concrete pump truck were tested firstly. It was estimated that the abnormal noise came from thetransfer case of the truck. Secondly, the vibration signals in time domain and frequency domain from the transfer case wereanalyzed. According to the frequency characteristics of the defected bearings, the fault in the inner track of NJ 1028 bearing,which supports the export axes, was identified. Then, the configuration of the fault in the inner track and the assemblyprocess of the transfer case were analyzed, and the reason which induces this kind of fault was found. Finally, relevantimprovement was proposed and carried out, and its effectiveness was verified.
