摘要
通过隔振理论分析,设计复合设备机座的隔振效果试验方案,并讨论试验方案中振级落差和插入损失的关系;通过试验分析,研究复合设备机座自身的隔振效果与其对试验系统的隔振效果的影响,结果表明复合设备机座具有较好的高频隔振效果,但对不同隔振系统的隔振效果影响不同。
The test scheme of a composite equipment foundation for vibration isolation is worked out and the relationshipbetween the vibration level difference and the insertion loss in the test scheme is discussed through theoretical analysis.Through the test analysis, the vibration isolation effect of the non-metallic equipment foundation is studied and its impact onthe vibration isolation effect of the test system with the composite equipment foundation is analyzed. The results show thatthe composite equipment foundation has good vibration isolation effect in high-frequency, but has different vibration isolationeffects for different isolation systems.
