摘要
研究了在方波脉冲电压下,局部放电的起始放电电压以及电老化时间对局部放电产生的影响。研究表明,方波上升沿时间在小于800 ns时,起始放电电压随着方波上升沿的减小而迅速增大;而在800 ns之后,方波上升沿时间对起始放电电压的影响不大。在老化初期,局部放电最大光强随着方波上升沿时间的减小而增加。经过较长的老化时间后,各个脉冲沿下的最大光强和放电次数都有减少的趋势。
Effect of onset discharge voltage and aging time on partial discharge under square-wave voltage is investigated. Results show that when the square-wave rising edge is less than 800 ns, onset discharge voltage increases quickly with the decrease of square-wave rising edge. When the square-wave rising edge is more than 800 ns, effect of square-wave rising edge time on onset discharge voltage is tiny.In early aging time, the maximum light intensity of partial discharge increases with the decrease of square-wave rising edge. After a long aging time, the maximum light intensity and discharge time for different pulses decrease.
