湖北省现代服务业人才发展对策研究

The Countermeasures for the Development of Modern Service Industry Personnel in Hubei Province

随着知识和创造力日益成为推动经济增长的主要动力,以知识密集型服务业为核心的现代服务业快速发展已经逐渐成为地区经济的重要组成部分,其反映着一个地区的经济发展水平,是衡量一个地区综合竞争力的重要标志。产业发展的首要问题是人才发展,加快现代服务业人才发展对于湖北省现代服务业适应产业结构升级和经济增长方式转变具有重要意义。文中对湖北省现代服务业人才现状及其特征进行了阐述,并对造成湖北省与浙江省现代服务业人才巨大差距的原因进行了分析,提出了一些加快湖北省现代服务业人才发展的对策建议。

With the knowledge and creativity is increasingly becoming the main impetus of economic growth and modern service industry as the core of knowledge intensive service industry develops rapidly has gradually become an important part of regional economy,it is the reflection of a region＇s economic development level,it is an important symbol of measuring the comprehensive competitiveness of a region.Personnel development is the primary problem of the industry development,speeding up the development of modern service industry personnel,it is of great significance to adapt to the upgrading of the industrial structure and to change the mode of economic growth of modern service industry in Hubei province.This paper expounds the current situation and characteristics of talent of modern service industry in Hubei province,analyzes the causes of huge gap of modern service industry between Hubei province and Zhejiang province,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion of speeding up the modern service industry talent of Hubei province.
