快递从业人员主要包括管理人员、专业技术人员、营销人员和生产人员。他们之间密切协作,向客户提供准时、便捷的快递服务。然而随着快递业的迅速发展,专业人才的匮乏已成为行业进一步发展的瓶颈。文中分析了中国邮政速递企业上述四种人员的素质现状,对人才培养提出了有针对性的建议。
