摘要
快递从业人员主要包括管理人员、专业技术人员、营销人员和生产人员。他们之间密切协作,向客户提供准时、便捷的快递服务。然而随着快递业的迅速发展,专业人才的匮乏已成为行业进一步发展的瓶颈。文中分析了中国邮政速递企业上述四种人员的素质现状,对人才培养提出了有针对性的建议。
Express employees including managers, professionals and technicians, marketing personnel and production personnel. Close collaboration between them, to provide timely and convenient delivery service to customers. However, with the rapid development of express industry, the lack of professionals in the industry has become a bottleneck for further development. This paper analyzes the current situation of the four officers quality postal courier companies, personnel training targeted recommendations made.
