地方本科院校校企联合办学模式调研

A Survey on the University-enterprise Cooperation Mode for Local Colleges and Universities

校企联合办学是职业技术学院一向的办学模式。在面临本科生就业难的当代,本科院校特别是地方本科院校也在试图寻求一条校企联合办学的路子,以便增强这类院校毕业生的就业竞争力。通过对韶关学院经管学院校企联合办班的调查,发现开班后存在着学生对这种新型办学模式认识不足、教学内容重理论轻实践、实训机会不多等问题。地方院校校企联合办学在组织管理、培养方向、培养计划、教学设计、教学方法等方面应有相应对策。

University-enterprise cooperation has been the running mode of vocational and Technical Colleges. However, facing the up-to-date difficult of obtaining employment, undergraduate colleges especially local ones are also trying to find the way of school-enterprise cooperation, so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of their graduates. After the investigation of the university-enterprise class in School of Economics and Management, Shaoguan University, we found some problems exist. For instance, the students have less knowledge of this mode; the teachers pay more attention to the theory and ignore the practice; there are few chances for practical training. To change this situation, this paper puts forward some improving ideas in organization and management, cultivation orientation, training plan, teaching design, teaching methods etc.
