河南省独立学院学生基层就业现状调查研究

A Study on Grass-root Employment of Independent College Graduates in Henan Province

通过对近几年河南省独立学院的毕业生进行追踪、实证、分析,对收集的数据信息进行分类、整理,并对部分独立学院的学生及教师进行问卷调查,了解毕业生基层就业的满意度、想法、期望。研究发现,目前独立学院毕业生基层就业存在就业难、不稳定等问题,造成这些问题既有外部的原因,也有内部的原因。解决相应问题既需要国家相关政策的调整,也需要独立学院及毕业生在观念和技能等方面有较大改观和提升。

This study longitudinally surveys and empirically analyzes the grass-root employment of the independent college graduates in Henan province in recent years and conducts a questionnaire on the students and teachers from part of them in order to know their satisfaction, expectations and ideas. It introduces the graduates＇ difficulties and problems in grass-root employment, based on the grass-root employment education in independence colleges and the social background, suggests effective solutions and basic strategies.
