河南打造出口型临空产业集群的必要性、可能性与比较优势

通过问卷调查和典型案例调查,分析了河南打造出口型临空产业集群的可能性、必要性及其比较优势。本文认为,河南打造出口型临空产业集群是临空工业发展到一定阶段的必然选择,郑州航空港经济综合实验区得天独厚的政策环境、机场庞大的物流吸纳和扩散功能以及以富士康为代表的龙头企业的强势入驻为打造出口型临空产业集群奠定了坚实的基础。河南在打造出口型临空产业集群方面具有良好的区位优势、土地和空间优势、充足的劳动力资源优势和政府的高度重视等四大优势。

The paper attempts to analgze its necessity, possibility and comparative advantages to build export-oriented industrial cluster through the questionnaire survey and the typical case investigation. The paper thinks that it is the inevitable choice of international airport to build export-oriented industrial cluster at some stage. All of the advantageous policy environment, logistics absorption and diffusion function of airport and the entrance of the leading enterprises represented by Foxconn lay a solid foundation of building export-oriented industrial cluster. Henan has four major advantages such as location advantage, land and space advantage, rich labor resources and the great importance of government in the construction of export-oriented industrial cluster.
