常州与周边城市自主创新能力比较研究

The Comparison Study on the Independent Innovation Ability between Changzhou and Its Adjacent Cities

随着科技的飞速发展,创新已成为各地区经济发展的新引擎。文章分析和筛选了影响城市自主创新的要素,并构建了城市自主创新能力的评价指标体系。文章收集数据计算了常州及周边城市自主创新能力的分数,分析了常州存在的自主创新动力不足、自主创新效率较低等问题。最后就测评结果对常州自主创新能力提升的问题给出了政策建议。

With the rapid development of the science and technology, innovation has become the new engine of regional＆amp;nbsp;economic development. This paper analyzed and selected some important factors of city. Then this paper constructed the eval-uation system of independent innovation. It calculates the a-bility of Changzhou and other cities independent innovation based on data. It also analyzed the shortage of Changzhou, just as power insufficiency and so on. Finally, recommenda-tions were given on how to enhance the ability of Changzhou independent innovation based on the evaluation results.
