地方高校同质化发展问题及对策探析

Problems and Countermeasures of Homogenized Development of Local Colleges and Universities

为扭转我国高校发展同质化日趋严重的现状,亟需发挥政府、市场"两只手"作用和高校自身作用来努力加以解决。尤其是地方高校应该积极顺应国家倡导的转型发展战略需要,尽快走上内涵式、特色化发展之路,从而有效避免同质化发展带来的危害。

To reverse the serious status of homogenized development of colleges in China, the government and the market should make joint efforts to solve the problem. Local colleges should actively comply with the need of strategic transition advocated by the nation, and take the connotation-oriented and characteristic development road as soon as possible to prevent the harm of homoge-nized development.
