发展农村职业教育,培育新型职业农民

Develop Rural Vocational Education and Cultivate New Professional Farmers

农村职业教育是培育新型职业农民的重要途径,这是由我国当前农村劳动力文化水平现状和农村职业教育自身特性所决定的。我国农村职业教育目前面临着生源严重不足、办学定位偏差、经费投入不足和教育体系不完善等问题。所以应该提高对农村职业教育的重视,树立新型农民职业教育的理念;端正办学方向,明确培育新型职业农民的目标;加大经费投入,促进农村职业教育的发展;完善教育体系,促进职业资格准入制度的建立。

Rural vocational education is an important way to cultivate new professional farmers, which is determined by literacy level of the rural labor and characteristics of the rural vocational edu-cation in China. At present,rural vocational education is faced with a severe shortage of its enroll-ments、orientation deviation、insufficient fund and imperfect education system. Thus,it is necessary to emphasize rural vocational education,establish the concept and adjust the orientation of cultiva-ting of professional farmers. Furthermore,more fund should be invested to promote the development of rural occupation education and the education system should also be perfected to promote the pro-fessional qualification admittance system.
