乡愁情怀是传统社会当权者不可或缺的情感元素。现代社会交通便利、资讯发达,某些领导干部似乎疏于对地理故乡的依恋,并进而放松对精神家园的追求,而且,作为城镇化建设等社会活动的组织者,领导干部时常面对民众乡愁无处安放的指责。领导干部理性应对乡愁,要善待自然,正视变化,品读经典,守望故乡,安心异乡,懂得珍惜,返璞归真,诗意生活。

Nostalgia feeling is an indispensable emotion element of person in power in traditional society. Modern society has convenient traffic and developed information, but some leading cadres seem to neglect the attachment of geographic hometown, and relax to pursuit the spiritual home. Furthermore, as the organizer and pusher of social activities such as urbanization construction, leading cadres are often facing with rebukes because people＇s nostalgia has nowhere to put.
