体现江南园林元素的住宅小区景观设计——以江西赣州市“滨江-东方胜景”为例

通过对赣州市"滨江-东方胜景"住宅小区景观设计的案例分析,提出注重以人为本的人性化设计理念,建立人与整体环境的新关系,促成公共空间与交流空间的出现。小区设计选择江南园林的韵味、意境作为园林景观元素的灵魂,体现江南文化更精彩的小区景观设计,以实现宜居、舒适、自然并可持续发展的特色居住区环境。

Through analyzing the landscape design case of“Bin Jiang - East beautiful scenery”residential district in Ganzhou, the paper proposed people oriented design idea to establish the new relationship between human and the overall environment and facilitate the appearance of public space and communication space. The design of residential district chose the lasting appeal and artistic conception of garden on the yangtze delta as the soul of botanical garden landscape elements to manifest the more splendid plot landscape design of Jiangnan culture in order to realize livable, comfortable, natural and sustainable characteristic community environment.
