Implementation of RFID-based Warehouse Management System

为实现仓库货品管理由手工记录向自动化记录的转变,提高物流管理的高效性、准确性,设计了基于RFID的仓储管理系统。本系统中通过RFID读写器读取标签内的货品详细信息,通过有线串口通信方式将信息发送到计算机监控中心,监控中心对发送来的数据进行分析、提取和储存。管理员可通过管理界面,轻松掌握当前仓库货物的基本情况,提高了货物流通中信息的准确性、及时性,达到了科学性管理的目的。

In order to achieve the warehouse goods management automatically rather than manually,also improve the efficiency and accuracy of logistics management,warehouse management system based on RFID is designed. In this system,RFID read-write devices read the label with the goods detailed information then send the information to the computer monitoring center through serial communication in which the imformation has been analysed extracted and storaged. Administrators can master the basic situation of the warehouse goods easily through the management interface,the system has improved the accuracy and timeliness of the imformation goods in circulation,and achieved the prupose of scientific management.
