摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了10种杀菌剂对马铃薯早疫病病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:12%吡唑醚菌酯·己唑醇悬浮剂对菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,抑制中浓度EC50为0.1604mg/L;250g/L啶氧菌酯悬浮剂的室内抑菌效果最弱;30%苯醚甲环唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、20%苯醚甲环唑·咪鲜胺水乳剂、21%抑霉唑硫酸盐原药、50%肟菌酯水分散粒剂、25%苯醚双唑悬浮剂、30%甲霜灵·噁霉灵水剂、85%波尔·甲霜灵可湿性粉剂、30%溴菌腈悬浮剂的抑制中浓度EC50依次为1.7099、4.5509、5.7688、8.2995、8.5297、10.5454、23.4983、80.7165mg/L。
The inhibitory activity of 10 fungicides against Alternaria solaniSorauer causing potato early blight was determined by the mycelial growth rate test.The results showed that the inhibition activity(EC50 was 0.1604mg/L)of azoxystrobin·hexaconazole 12%SC to mycelial growth was much stronger than the other 9 fungicides.Picoxystrobin 250g/L SC was the worst.The other eight fungicides,difenoconazole·Azoxystrobin 30%SC,difenoconazole·prochloraz 20% EW,imazalil sulfate 21% SL,Trifloxystrobin 50% WG,Phenyl ether double azole 25%SC,metalaxyl·hymexazol 30% AS,Bohr·metalaxyl 85% WP,bromothalonil 30% SC whose EC50 were 1.7099,4.5509,5.4678,10.1524,10.8347,12.7943,24.7241,90.359mg/L.
