摘要
通过人工繁殖方法获取淡水石斑鱼(Cichlasoma managuense)受精卵,对其胚胎发育过程进行了观察。结果表明,受精卵形状为椭圆形,短轴(1.19±0.11)mm,长轴(1.51±0.13)mm。在水温(25.7±0.3)℃的环境中,从受精卵开始至早期鱼苗,历时56h,其胚胎发育过程可划分为8个时期:胚盘形成期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、神经胚期、器官形成期、出膜期、卵黄期。并对发育过程中35个阶段的显著特征进行了描述。
Through the artificial propagation,the fertilized eggs of Cichlasoma managuense were obtained and the embryonic development were observed under the microscope.The results indicated that the fertilized eggs of C.managuense are oval in shape with the major axis(1.19±0.11)mm and the short axis(1.51±0.13)mm.The temperature of observation environment was(25.7±0.3)℃.Form fertilized eggs to early stage of sac fry,it lasted 56 h,including the blastoderm formation stage,embryo splitting stage,blastula stage,gastrula stage,neurula stage,organogenesis stage,blasting stage as well as sac fry stage.In the course of observing,35 notable features were described,especially the feature of the development of cardiovascular.
