超高强钢盒形件热冲压工艺的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以汽车用钢22MnB5为例,研究其热冲压工艺。对制得的热冲压件进行力学性能、硬度、金相组织分析,通过调整热冲压工艺参数,制得抗拉强度约1600MPa、延伸率约10%、硬度约450Hv、微观组织为板条状马氏体的超高强度钢板件。 The hot stamping process of the automobiles steel 22MnB5 was studied. The me- chanical properties, hardness and metallographic phase results of hot stamping part were ob- tained by a hot stamping experiment. And the final results show that the tensile strength of hot stamping part was up to 1600MPa,the elongation was up to about 10% ,the hardness was up to 450Hv and the microstructure of the part was lath martensite. The comprehensive properties of this part were good.
