摘要
在阐述液力式谐波减速器结构及工作原理的基础上,利用Solidworks、ANSYS软件建立柔轮在液动力作用下的仿真模型并进行仿真研究,得到液动力与柔轮径向变形之间的关系曲线和最佳液动力数值。研究结果表明,液力式波发生器可有效应用于谐波减速器中。
The structure and working principle of hydraulic type harmonic reducer are intro- duced in this paper, and simulation model of flexspline is built, using Solidworks, ANSYS software. The relation curve between the hydrodynamic force and flexspline deformation is obtained. The results show that the hydraulic type wave generator can be effectively applied to the harmonic reducer
