The prospects and applications of diffusion tensor imaging in children's brain development

摘要 磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)是利用水分子的扩散现象进行成像的,它能多参数量化检测局部水分子的扩散特征,可获得白质纤维束分子水平的显微结构,是目前唯一能够无创性显示活体脑白质纤维束走行、排列、密度等细微解剖结构的检查方法,也是揭示脑网络和脑连接的最强手段,并可以反映不同个体间脑连接的差异,从而有助于大脑疾病的诊断。本文总结DTI在儿童脑发育方面的临床应用现状及新进展,以期对儿童脑发育进行动态观察提出新的影像认识和视角。 Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is an imaging method that using water molecular diffusion phenomenon for imaging, it is a quantified technique to detect the diffusion feature of water molecule, and the microstructure of white matter fiber tracts can be obtained at the molecular level. It is the only way that can show living brain white matter fiber tracts, density and the check methods of microscopic structure, and it is also the most effective means to reveal the brain networks and connections, as well can reflect the differences between different individuals, which would be helpful to the diagnosis of brain diseases. This paper summarized the present situation of the application and progress of DTI in children's brain development, in order to put forward the new understanding and perspective of dynamic observation of children's brain development.
