摘要
针对暴雨诱发的中小河流洪水、山洪地质灾害气象风险预警的业务工作要求,江西省气象台开展了雷达定量降水估测、山洪沟等小流域提取、小流域临界雨量确定、基于SWAN山洪版的二次开发等关键技术研究并完成了业务化运行,实现了从典型区域的风险预警服务向全省所有中小河流、山洪沟、地质灾害隐患点的气象灾害风险预警业务的扩展,为气象灾害风险预警服务提供了重要的技术支撑。
According to the business requirements of meteorological risk and warning on small watershed flood, mountain torrents and geological disasters in Jiangxi Province, the technology of radar quantitative precipitation estimation(QPE), boundary extraction of watershed, critical rainfall threshold determination and further development of SWAN system were applied to business services system, which led the risk warning service from typical regional warning service to the whole province. And the key technologies provided the technical support for the meteorological disaster risk warning service.
