视频护患沟通系统在住院患者中的应用研究

Research of the Application of Video Communication System in Hospitalized Patients

目的：研究视频护患沟通系统在住院患者中的应用效果。方法制作护患沟通视频，选择在本科室住院的患者120例，其中2012年9月~2012年10月的60例患者组成视频护患沟通系统组（观察组），2012年6月~2012年8月的60例患者组成传统护患沟通组（对照组），比较两组患者的满意度及对沟通内容的掌握情况。结果观察组的患者对沟通内容的掌握情况和满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论视频护患沟通系统能够加强护患沟通，提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application of video communication system in hospitalized patients. Methods To make the video about the communication between nurse and patient, choose 120 patients in endocrinology, and 60 cases from September to October in 2012 were as experimental group, 60 cases from June to group,and to August in 2012 were as control. Then to compare the patients＆#39; satisfaction and grasp of the communication content between the two groups. Results Themastery of communication content and degree of satisfaction of patients in experimental group is better than the patients in control group. Conclusion Video communication system can strengthen communication between nurses and patients and improve patient satisfaction.
