高职院校学生职业道德培养存在的主要问题及解决途径

The Main Problems and Solutions on Cultivation of Students' Professional Ethics in Higher Vocational College

职业道德教育是高职院校德育工作的核心。虽然我国职业道德教育在很多方面进行了改革创新,取得了一定的成绩,但是仍然存在一定的问题。结合渤海船舶职业学院学生职业道德教育的实际情况,分析高职院校职业道德教育的现状以及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决途径,以期更好地提高学生的职业道德素养,为企业和社会输送德才兼备的人才,进而提升全社会的道德水平。

Professional ethics is the core of moral education in higher vocational colleges. Although there are many reforms and innovations of professional ethics education in China, and some achievements has been obtained,there are still some problems. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of professional ethics education for students of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational college, the author analyzed the present situation and the existing problems of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges, put forward the corresponding solutions in order to improve the students＇ professional ethics, transport the personnel with both ability and integrity for cooperate and society, thus enhance the moral standards of the entire society.
