摘要
介绍了应用VB编程计算圆锥滚子轴承的负荷分布及受载最大滚动体所受载荷的基本原理和要点,并将圆锥滚子轴承的动力学原理与动力学分析软件相结合,对不同工况下圆锥滚子轴承的负荷分布进行了仿真分析,求出各个工况下受载最大滚动体所受载荷值,通过仿真分析生动形象地展示不同载荷工况下圆锥滚子轴承的受载状态,确定与轴承参数相对应的最佳工况,为圆锥滚子轴承的优化设计和应用提供了有价值的参考.
The conventional method and key points to make the program to calculate the load distribution of ta- pered roller bearing with VB software are introduced. The load distributions of the bearing are calculated through combining the dynamic principle of tapered roller bearing with dynamic analysis software under differ- ent load cases. The maximum loads of the tapered roller bearing under different load cases are obtained from the simulation results and the states of load distribution. Then the optimum load case can be acquired, and the valuable references are offered for optimum design and practice use of the bearing.
