轴承试验机支撑轴箱内轴承的疲劳特性分析

摘要 以轨道车辆轴承试验机支撑轴箱内的轴承为研究对象,在恒定径向载荷和轴向变载荷下,利用ADAMS动力学仿真分析软件,仿真出支撑轴箱内轴承各元件间作用力随时间变化的情况,支撑轴箱内轴承各元件间幅频特性随时间的变化情况,可知支撑轴箱内轴承滚子出现最大载荷时的位置,和轴承振幅最大处的频率,并与主轴的固有频率比较,分析其共振情况.对支撑轴箱内轴承进行Pro/MECHANICA疲劳特性分析,可知支撑轴箱内轴承的寿命能否达到许用的要求.以上的分析结果,为试验机主轴系统的安全运行提供保障. Using adams dynamic simulation software with constant radial loads and inconstant axial loads, the symbol interaction of force changing circumstances over time in the bear of supporting axle-box is simulated, and the amplitude-frequency characteristics changing over time between the various components is studied to measure the maximum load location of bearing rollers of the supporting axle-box and the frequency at the maxi- mum amplitude of vibration. Comparing with the natural spindle, frequency its resonance is analyzed. Pro/ mechanica fatigue analysis can obtain the working life of the bearing in the supporting axle-box. The above a- nalysis results provide protection for safety operation of the bearing test machine.
