摘要 利用末端淬火试验测量了E级钢及添加Mo、V、Nb等E级钢的淬透性,并分析了其组织,测量了微调Mo对E级钢力学性能的影响.结果表明,E级钢的淬透性不高,淬透深度浅,但有较强的贝氏体形成能力;在E级钢成分基础上成分微调对淬透性和组织均有影响,微增调Mo元素可提高钢形成贝氏体的能力,而V和Nb元素对淬透性影响不大,但可以使钢中组织细化,硬度升高.钢中增加Mo元素,可提高钢的抗回火性,在600℃以上回火仍保持较高的强韧性匹配. The hardenability of grade E steel and the grade E steels adding elements such as Mo, V, Nb etc was measured by Jominy test method, the microstructures were observed by optical microscopy, and the me- chanical property of the grade E steel with Mo addition was measured by tensile test. The results show that a strong bainite forming ability exist in the grade E steels. The hardenability and microstructure are affected by a small amount of components such as Mo, V, Nb etc. The addition of Mo element can enhance the bainite forming ability, while V or Nb elements has a little effect on the hardenability, but they can refine the micro- structure and increase the hardness of the steel. Adding Mo to the steel can improve the tempering resistance of the steel at above 600℃.
