正十九烷/二氧化硅定形复合相变材料的制备、表征及储热性能 被引量:1

Preparation,Characterization and Thermal Properties of N-Nonadecane /Silicon Dioxide Composite as Shape-Stabilized Phase Change Material

摘要 以正十九烷为相变材料,二氧化硅为载体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了正十九烷/二氧化硅定形复合相变材料.用SEM、FTIR、XRD、TG、DSC等方法对其结构和性能进行了研究.FTIR的结果表明制备的复合相变材料是二氧化硅凝胶和正十九烷的化学共混物,两者之间有化学相互作用.XRD结果表明复合材料中的正十九烷有新的晶相形成.DSC结果表明,复合材料中的正十九烷的相变行为相对纯正十九烷有明显不同,并且复合材料的储热能力较高于纯正十九烷.复合材料的热导率也有显著提高. N-nonadecane/SiO2 composite was synthesized by sol-gel method, in this novel composite, the n- nonadecane was used as latent heat sorage, and SiO2 acted as the supporting material. Various techniques such as SEM, VFIR, XRD, TG, DSC and so on were carried out to characterize the structural and thermal prpper- ties of the composite. The results show that there are interactions between the n-nonadeeane and the SiO2 shells, which change the physical properties of the n-nonadecane. There is a new crystal phase formed, and the composite exhibits different phase ehane behavior from that of prue n-nonadecane. The thermal storage ca- pability of the composite is superior to the pure n-nonadecane. The thermal conductivity measurement results show an improvement in the thermal conductivity of the composite.
