摘要
目的探讨柳钢炼铁高炉炉前铅作业工人防治对策。方法对柳钢炼铁高炉炉前铅作业工人的职业健康检查资料及作业场所空气中粉尘和铅烟监测结果等资料进行统计分析。结果改进了生产工艺和防护设施,炼铁高炉炉前空气中粉尘合格率由2005年的12.5%升至2012年的75.0%;铅烟平均浓度由2005年的20.24降至2012年5.19 mg/m3;没有诊断出铅中毒观察对象和中毒患者。结论采用职业健康安全体系与职业卫生管理相结合,持续改进管理制度和防治措施,加强监督检查和考核力度,企业管理及职工能自觉按照文件进行标准化作业,能有效预防控制炼铁高炉炉前铅的危害。
[Objective]To explore the prevention and control measures against the lead hazard among blast furnace operation workers exposed to lead in Ironmaking Plant of Liugang Company. [Methods]The data of occupational health examination in blast furnace operation workers exposed to lead,and the monitoring results of dust and lead smoke in workplace air in Ironmaking Plant of Liugang Company were analyzed statistically. [Results]After the improvement of the production process and protective facilities,the passing rate of dust in air around blast furnace increased from 12. 5% in 2005 to 75. 0% in 2012,and the average concentration of lead smoke decreased from 20. 24 mg / m^3 in 2005 to 5. 19 mg / m^3 in 2012. No patient with lead poisoning was observed.[Conclusion]To combine the occupational health safety system and occupation health management,improve the management system and control measures,strengthen supervision,inspection and assessment,and promote the standard operation according to the documents among managers and employees,can effectively prevent and control the lead hazard of blast furnace operation in ironmaking plant.
