随着空气洁净技术在医院手术室环境运用水平的提高,以及国家相关规范的出台,洁净手术室受到了医院及社会各界的高度重视,洁净手术部建设得到了大力推广。然而在我国医院建设的快速发展和洁净手术室逐步普及的同时,由于技术、管理及规范等原因,在医院洁净手术部建设及使用当中,还存在着一些不完善的地方。设计能力不足、职业道德缺失,施工队伍水平不一以及监管和医院使用管理上存在的问题导致洁净手术部在建设及使用当中,还存在着一些不完善的地方。为使医院洁净手术部确实发挥应有的作用,相关部门应该加强技术指导,建设方要主动参与设计,注重监管,重视医院人员培训,加强管理、系统维护和定期监测。做好洁净手术部工作建设和使用工作,使洁净手术部真正体现出现代化医院的标志。

However,with the rapid development of the hospital construction and the gradually popularization of the clean operation room,there are some problems in construction and use of clean operation department in hospital due to the reasons such as technology,management and specification. The insufficient design ability,lack of professional ethics,uneven technical level of construction teams,as well as the existing problems of supervision and use management of the hospital cause some imperfections in construction and use of clean operation department. In order to make full use of clean operation department in hospitals,the relevant departments should strengthen technical guidance,and the construction company should actively participate in the design,focus on supervision,pay attention to hospital personnel training,and strengthen management,system maintenance and regular monitoring.
