摘要 综述了纳米技术在耐火材料中应用的新进展。在耐火浇注料中引入纳米相,可减少水泥和水加入量,降低有害组分,提高性能;添加纳米粉可降低氧化物制品的烧结温度、改善显微结构和性能;在含碳耐火材料中引入纳米碳,在大幅降低碳含量的条件下,材料可保持优良的抗热震性和抗侵蚀性。此外,探讨了纳米技术在耐火材料中应用时存在的问题及对策。 New progress of applications of nano-technology in refractories has been summarized. When nano-phase is applied in monolithics,cement,water addition and impurity component can be reduced and properties of castables can be improved. Addition of nano-scaled particles improves densification and sinterability of oxide-based refractory products at relatively low temperature,and high temperature strength properties are enhanced. Introducing nano-carbon in carbon containing refractories to decrease the total carbon content leads to properties improvements in terms of thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition, problems and countermeasures of nanotechnology in refractory application are also discussed.
