摘要
多尺度方法作为组合不同模型的耦合方法,在水泥基复合材料的跨尺度问题上起着重要作用。某一尺度的模型在一定程度上赋予了材料不同的意义。纳米凝胶模型的提出很好的解释了非均质水泥基材料C-S-H凝胶的形成及材料密度、比表面积等测试数值的差异;微观模型对预测C-S-H凝胶产物物相成分的变化规律有重要帮助,对水化机理的研究具有重要意义;宏观模型则能很好的反映水泥基材料力学性能和使用寿命,尤其在氯离子侵蚀和碳化方面表现卓著。虽然每一尺度的模型都有其独特之处,但缺少模型间的相互嵌入,无法建立微观模型与宏观性能之间的联系。本文综述了近年来国内外水泥基材料不同尺度模型的研究进展,分析了单个模型的结构特征,提出了多尺度模型的构建和目前存在的问题,并对多尺度模拟和预测的发展方向进行了展望。
The multi-scale method,which is a new coupling approach to assemble different models,plays an important part in solving the large size span problem. Different model is partly endow materials with different meaning. For example,nano-model perfectly explains the causes of C-S-H gel formation and the differences of density and special surface area; microscopic model is very helpful to predict the phase compositions of C-S-H gel,and important for understanding hydration mechanism; macroscopic model can properly reflect the mechanical properties and service life of cement based materials. However,although each model has its own uniqueness,the ties between micro-models and macro-models can not established for lack of overlapping. The state-of-art on multiscale-model of cement-based composite materials is summarized,and structural feature of each scale model is analyzed in this text. In the end of this paper,the structure and current problems of multiscale-model are put forward. In addition,the development direction of model calculation and predication is prospected.
