耐SO_2腐蚀型氧传感器的研制

摘要 采用流延成型工艺,制备了片式氧传感器,研究了尖晶石电极保护涂层的制备,包括分散剂、触变剂的作用。测试了经过暴露在SO2气体中30 d后片式传感器的动态响应。结果表明经过30 d在SO2环境中的寿命考核,片式传感器的性能没有劣化,可以很好的保护Pt电极免受SO2的腐蚀。 Tape Casting process was used to fabricate planar oxygen sensor. Preparation of spinel protective coating for electrode and effect of dispersant and thixotropic agent on the rheological behavior of slurry were studied. After 30 d exposure to SO2 gas,dynamic response of prepared sensor to sample gas was measured. The results showed that after exposure in SO2 environment for 30 d,no performance degradation of the sensor was found. That is to say,spinel protective coating can protect the Pt electrode from SO2 corrosion.
