摘要
采用一步水热合成法制备Co2+掺杂Bi2WO6纳米粉末,利用XRD、EDS、SEM、TEM、BET、UV-Vis等表征手段对Co2+/Bi2WO6形貌和结构进行表征,并以罗丹明B为目标污染物研究了Co2+/Bi2WO6的催化活性。结果表明Co2+的添加有助于增加催化剂比表面积,抑制了晶粒生长,优化后催化剂的光谱吸收范围向可见光区拓展。Co2+/Bi2WO6催化活性明显高于未优化的Bi2WO6,可见光照射下,150 min内,Co2+/Bi2WO6对罗丹明B的降解率可达98%。
The Co-doped Bismuth tungstate( Bi2WO6) microcrystalline was successfully prepared by a facile hydrothermal route. The samples were characterized by XRD、EDS、SEM、TEM、UV-vis and BTE in detail. The photocatalytic activities were measured by the degradation of RhB. It was found that doping with cobalt the catalyst increases the specific surface area,cell volumes of Bi2WO6 decreased and the scope of the visible spectrum was expanded. In addition,the degradation efficiency of RhB in 150 min reach 98% under the visible light irradiation. Compared with the pure samples,photocatalytic activity of the Co2 +/Bi2WO6 powder was enhanced obviously.
