摘要
通过调研,充分了解新疆某三级甲等医院在人力资源管理方面存在的关键问题和薄弱环节。同时,应用现代岗位评价方法对医院护理岗位进行评价,形成医院护理岗位评价体系,为优化医院人力资源配置、薪酬和绩效管理,形成医院内部良性竞争机制提供科学依据。
Through research, the key problems and weaknesses of human resource management of a Grade A hospital in Xinjiang were understood. Meanwhile, the application of modern job evaluation method was used to evaluate hospital nursing positions to form hospital nursing job evaluation system, to optimize hospital human resources, compensation and performance management, and to provide a scientific basis for the formation mechanism of healthy competition.
