骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是临床糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,也是糖尿病终末期患者的主要死亡原因.目前的糖尿病肾病治疗方法均缺乏显著疗效,只能延缓其病情发展.因此,我们需要寻求一种安全、有效、能从根本上延缓甚至避免糖尿病肾病发生的方法.骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是目前广受学界关注的一种成体干细胞,因其具有良好的多向分化潜能和活跃的增殖特性、便于操作性等优势成为研究的重点,同时也为肾脏疾病提供了一种新的治疗途径.BMSCs在多种肾脏疾病方面的研究都已取得良好的进展,例如IgA肾病、急性肾损伤、狼疮肾病、肾病综合征等[1-2].我们对BMSCs移植治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展作一综述.
