长脉宽激光治疗甲真菌病63例临床疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨长脉宽Nd:YAG激光治疗甲真菌病的疗效及安全性。方法:对63例甲真菌病患者(250个病甲)使用长脉宽Nd:YAG激光进行治疗,每周1次,共治疗8次,治疗参数:波长1064 nm,能量密度7~10 J/cm2,频率3~5Hz,光斑大小为3mm,脉宽0.6~1 ms。观察疗效及不良反应,并根据不同临床类型、病甲位置对病例进行分组,采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析。结果:共治疗250病甲,随访至初次治疗后6月,临床有效率为69.6%,复发或再感染率为19.0%。治疗过程中除疼痛外未发生其他不良反应。结论:长脉宽Nd:YAG激光是治疗甲真菌病的一种安全有效的方法,其疗效受到临床类型、病甲位置的影响。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of long pulse width Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of onychomycosis. Methods: The long pulse width Nd:YAG laser was used to treat the patients with onychomycosis,once a week for eight weeks;treatment parameters were: wavelength 1064 nm,energy density 7~10 J / cm2,frequency3 ~5Hz,spot size 3 mm,and pulse width 0.6 ~1 ms.The curative effect and adverse reaction were observed in different types of disease nails and statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 250 disease nails or toenails were treated, follow-up for 6 months after first treatment. The clinical effective rate was 69.6%, and recurrence or reinfection rate was 19.0%. Excep the pain,no other side effect occured in the process of treatment. Conclusions:Long pulse width Nd:YAG laser appears to be an effective and safe approach to the treatment of onychomycosis,and the treatment outcomes is affected by clinical types and location of onychomycosis.The curative effect is influenced by clinical types and disease location.
