摘要
试验测得臭参地上部分鲜重占整株质量分数为64.29%、干重为55.91%,地上部分干重总黄酮含量为8.32%。乙醇提取物经硅胶层析纯化得总黄酮试样并与芦丁对比测试了抗氧化活性。结果表明,总黄酮的还原能力与质量浓度呈正相关,臭参与芦丁表现一致,有较好的线性;清除羟基自由基(·OH)能力低于芦丁,但随质量浓度的增加清除率上升趋势大于芦丁;抑制超氧阴离子自由基(O-·2)的能力随质量浓度的增加而增大,抑制率随时间的延长逐渐下降,质量浓度变化对抑制率的影响与芦丁基本相同,在单位时间内的下降程度略低于芦丁,抑制效果小于芦丁;对DPPH自由基清除能力与质量浓度呈正相关,EC50=6.66μg/mL,质量浓度大于23.60μg/mL时清除率趋于稳定,随质量浓度的增加清除能力明显优于芦丁。试验结果表明臭参地上部分有很好的开发潜力及利用价值。
The fresh and dry weight of the overground parts of Codonopsis bulleyana accounted for 64.29 % and 55.91% of the total weight,and the content of total flavonoids was 8.32 % in the dry weight.The antioxidant activities of the flavonoids were oompared with Rutin after purifying by ethanol and silica gel chromatography.The results show that the reducing power of flavonoids was positively correlated with mass concentration,and showed well linear relationship,which it was in accordance with Rutin.The effect of remove hydroxyl radicals (· OH)was lower than Rutin,although the trend of clearance rate in increasing with the mass concentration was larger than that of rutin.The ability of inhibiting superoxide anion radical (O2-) incnmeed with the increase of mass concentration.The change effect of mass concentration on the inhibition rate was the same as Rutin,and the inhibition rate gradually decreased with time,and the degree of decline in unit time was slightly lower and the effect was worse than Rutin.A positive correlation was observed between mass concentration and the ability of scavenging DPPH radical.EC5o =6.66 pg/mL.The clesrance rate tends to be stable when the mass concentration was above 23.60 μ8/mL.And the ability of scavenging with the mass concentration increasing was superior to Rutin.In short,the experiment results indicated that the Codonopsis bullyana in aerial parts had good exploration potential and valuable uses.
