摘要
以蝴蝶兰叶片为试材,研究在4℃条件下水杨酸(SA)对其活性氧系统、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、MDA、脯氨酸和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,施加SA明显增强了蝴蝶兰叶片的抗低温能力,叶片保护酶POD活性先升高后降低,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量先上升后下降,MDA含量和膜透性上升趋势减缓,脯氨酸含量下降趋势减缓,O-2释放速率先上升后下降的趋势,H2O2含量总体上先上升再下降然后再上升的趋势,在一定范围内二者变化趋势相反。总之适宜浓度的SA能够提高蝴蝶兰叶片的耐低温能力,但浓度过高会对其产生一定的伤害。
In this paper,taken Phalaenopsis amabilis Lind leaves as tested materials,the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the activity oxygen system,soluble sugar,soluble protein,MDA,proline and membrane permeability of Phalaenopsis amabilis Lind leaves were studied under condition of cold treatment of 4 ℃.The results showed that appropriate concentration of SA sigeificantly enhanced the capacity of anti-low temperature of Phalaenopsis amabilis leaves,and the POD activity,soluble sugar and soluble protein presented a upward-downward curve.MDA and membrane permeability had slowly upward trend,however,proline had slowly downward trend.H2O2 content and the release rate of activated oxygen O2-performed a upward-downward curve.In a certain range,they indicated contrary trend.The trial proved that appropriate concentration of SA could increase the low-temperature-resistant ability of peony leaves,but high concentration of SA would produce a certain harm to plants.
