摘要
选用北疆早熟棉区早熟高产型陆地棉品种新陆早42号与陆地棉遗传标准系TM-1配置组合,对获得的F2代进行了生育期、产量及相关性状、纤维品质等性状的变异分析、相关性分析、通径分析及回归分析。结果表明,变异系数最高的为果枝始节高,最低的为生育期;纤维品质性状与产量性状大部分表现为负相关性;产量相关性状中株高、单铃重、衣分与皮棉产量的相关系数和直接通径系数均为正值;生育期性状与皮棉产量的相关系数和直接通径系数均为负值,但可通过衣分对皮棉产量产生较大的促进作用。此研究结果为指导新疆棉花杂交后代早熟性状的选择和高产优质棉花品种选育提供理论依据。
In this paper,taken the cross between Xinluzao-42 and upland cotton genetic standard system as tested materials,9 agronomic traits from the F2population were studied by genetic correlation analysis,path analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that the variation coefficient of the first-branch height was the highest and the lowest for the growth period.The correlation between fiber quality traits and most of yield traits was negative.The correlation coefficients and direc path coefficients were positive between lint yield and related yield traits,such as plant height,single boll weight and lint percentage,and was negative between lint yield and growth period.In addition,the improvement lint at the growth period had a geater role in promoting.The research results would guide early maturing trait selection of hybrid offspring and provide the theory basis for breeding high yield and good quality cotton variety.
