摘要
提出了小型先导节流阀一种高精度、快响应、可控性好的微调机构,采用压电马达驱动的调节方式,实现了小型先导节流阀的精密控制。对压电马达的驱动特性进行了实验性的分析与研究,为本课题的下一步研究奠定了一定的理论基础。
A fine adjustment mechanism with high precision, fast response and good control of the small-sized pilot throttle valve is pro- posed in this paper, which is driven by piezoelectric motor, realizing the precise control of the small-sized pilot throttle valve. The ex- perimental analysis and research have been made on the driving characteristics of piezoelectric motor, laying a certain theoretical basis for further study of this subject.
