摘要
学生受限于自我性格认知水平、人际交往经验、学习生活阅历等种种原因,往往不容易顺利把握矛盾调解的方式、角度和进程,有时甚至还会让矛盾转向难以调和的境地。作为一名学生辅导员,应积极发现并及早介入学生宿舍矛盾的调解,化矛盾恶化于欲发未发之前。而在引导学生进行自我性格认知,进而悦纳自己和宽待别人,并最终获得较大个人成长方面,九型人格有不可或缺的表现。
Students, limited by the level of self-awareness personality, interpersonal experience, learning and life experience, etc, can not grasp ways, angles and processes to mediate conflicts, and sometimes even make them intense. A counselor should actively identify and take part in dormitory contradictory mediation as early possible, preventing them from occurrence. In guiding students to learn self- character, and then accept themselves and the generosity of others, as well as get uhimately greater personal growth, the personality with nine qualities has an indispensable performance.
