摘要
介绍了驮英水库及其灌区的工程概况和水资源配置的基本原则,对比计算和分析有、无驮英水库两种配置方案的水资源平衡,论述了驮英水库在区域水资源配置中起着骨干和龙头水源工程的作用。
An introduction was made on the general situation of Tuoying Reservoir and its irrigation zone as well as the basic principles of water resources allocation. The authors analyze the resuhs of water balance calculation conducted for two alternatives with or without Tuoying Reservoir respectively, and conclude that Tuoying Reservoir is the key and leading water source project for regional water resources allocation.
