摘要
在分析了工程所在勘查区的地质条件及煤层赋存情况等基础上,提出了4个拉沟位置方案,并进行了优化分析。对参与比选的4个拉沟方案从基建工程量、一期生产剥采比、开始内排时间、内排量等主要技术经济指标的角度进行了计算和比较分析。推荐具有剥离工程量小、内排较早、内排量大、开采程序简单、无转向问题、工作线推进顺畅、尾坑的位置靠近矿井选煤厂和工业场地,将来矿井矸石回填的运距较近等优点的方案1作为初始拉沟位置方案。
On the basis of analyzing geological conditions and coal seam occurrence condition in the exploration area, the article presents 4 trenching position schemes and carries out optimization analysis. For 4 trenching schemes, the article carries out calculation and comparative analysis from main economic indicators, such as capital construction amount, first phase production stripping ratio, start internal dumping time, internal dumping amount .The article takes scheme 1 as initial trenching position scheme which has some advantages, for example, small stripping engineering amount, early internal dumping large internal dumping amount, simple mining procedure, no steering problems, smooth work line promotion, tail pit location near the mine coal preparation plant and industrial site, close transportation distance of mine gangue backfilling.
