摘要
混凝土进行冬期施工时,应加强保温措施,以免混凝土发生冻害。混凝土发生冻害的机理是混凝土中的水分遇冷结冰,导致混凝土中的水泥水化反应不完全,并且水在结冰后体积膨胀,导致混凝土开裂。冰块融化后体积收缩,在混凝土内部形成较多的孔洞,降低了混凝土的密实度。混凝土发生冻害时导致其强度和耐久性降低,严重影响混凝土的使用性能和安全性能。
When concrete construction is in winter, insulation measures should be strengthened so as to avoid concrete freezing injury. The mechanism of concrete freezing injury is that moisture in concrete encounters cold and freezes, which makes hydration reaction in concrete in volume expands, leading complete, and frozen water's to concrete crack. Ice's volumeshrinks after it melts and forms more holes in the internal of concrete, which reduces the concrete compactness. So the freezing injury results in the decrease of concrete strength and durability, which have severe effect on concrete suability and safety performance.
